Cydney Bass is a playable character in the PC version of Road Rash. A spoiled rich girl, she is friendly with Bose Jefferson and has an intense rivalry with Slim Jim.
In-game Cydney is an extremely aggressive biker and freely throws punches and kicks at the player. However, she is also quite cowardly and weak - if you fight back her low health bar is exposed and she will usually attempt to speed up or slow down to disengage from the fight when her health bar hits half of its capacity.
In-game she fight with her bare hand and her original bike is the 250cc Kamikaze ZYX 250 (the starting bike itself).

Despite having the largest starting money ($1,000) and the best starting bike, Cydney's health and fist damage are the lowest (2000 health and 300-320 damage), which will make her vulnerable to being knocked off her bike by other racers, and she will have a hard time to fight back with her low damage fist when she reaches higher levels. This makes her not a good choice to pick when playing.

- She is the richest character in career mode, starting with $1,000.
- Similarly to Axle, she is ambivalent to most bikers at the start of the game and will turn hostile after the player has won many races and got to the final two levels of the game.
